Refund Policy for AK Dinelytics

At AK Dinelytics, we’re committed to helping your business thrive with our AI-powered services. We strive for your complete satisfaction, but we understand you may have questions about refunds. Here’s our policy to keep things transparent and straightforward.

 

1. General Refund Guidelines

Our services—such as AI-Driven SEO Optimization, Content Generation & Strategy, Social Media Management, Reputation Management, Website Building & Personalization, and Menu Design—are customized and resource-intensive. Because of this, refunds are limited once work begins. Specific refund terms will also be outlined in your Service Agreement.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Work in Progress or Completed: Once we’ve started a project (e.g., designing your website, optimizing SEO, or posting social media content), payments are non-refundable due to the time, expertise, and AI resources already invested.

  • Subscription Services: Monthly or recurring fees for ongoing services (e.g., social media management) are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once it’s underway.

 

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We’ll provide a refund in these cases:

  • Pre-Work Cancellation: If you cancel before we begin any work (e.g., within 7 days of signing up and before project kickoff), we’ll refund 100% of your payment, minus any non-refundable deposits or setup fees noted in your Service Agreement.

  • Service Failure: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our error (and can’t resolve it within a reasonable timeframe), we’ll offer a full or partial refund for the undelivered portion, at our discretion.

 

4. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Results not meeting expectations (e.g., specific search rankings or customer traffic), as these depend on factors outside our control, like third-party platforms or market conditions.

  • Changes of mind after work has started or deliverables are provided.

  • Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary materials, approvals, or feedback.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us at AKDinelytics@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising.

  • Provide your name, restaurant details, service purchased, and a brief explanation of your request.

  • We’ll review your case and respond within [1-2 business days] with a resolution.

 

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 10 business days] of approval.

  • If the original payment method isn’t available, we’ll work with you to find an alternative (e.g., check or bank transfer).

 

7. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring services:

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but we won’t charge you for future cycles after the cancellation takes effect.
